Learning Curve

A couple of weeks ago we were celebrating Scott’s Birthday. As a surprise Shirley got Silly String for Forrest and Angie to squirt at Scott. When the Silly String ran out Forrest ran and got the hose. I wasn’t too worried because who leaves their hose turned on. Unfortunately for Scott and Angie, Veldon does. By the time we realized this Scott and Angie were soaked to the skin. You think that Veldon would have learned that leaving a hose on with kids around is a big no, no. This was not the case. Last night Greg took the kids over to see their Grandparents. Shirley got a small syringe and bowl of water for Forrest to play with. Once again the water ran out and Forrest went and got the hose. This time He soaked Veldon to the skin. As Veldon was making a run for it, Forrest turned the hose onto unsuspecting Shirley and also completely soaked her before Veldon could circle the house to turn off the hose. Good thing they think Forrest is so cute or they would probably be looking for a new grandson.
