I don't know about your kids, but my kids are getting very excited for spring. Every day Forrest is asking if we can go for a bike ride or go play at the park. It has been to cold and snowy to do any of those things. Yesterday, however, we finally caved. The playground at the elementary school has the snow around the jungle gym all packed down so the kids could play. We bundled the kids up and headed outside.
The kids had races down the slides,
played on the bears and generally just had fun.
When it was time to leave Eliza started to cry. It has been so long since we had been to the park I didn't really blame her. Hopefully it warms up soon so we can go more often. For my sanity as well as theirs.
