As you all know I have been exercising pretty regularly for the past year and all though I don't look it I feel like I am in fairly good shape. This morning, however, a very sadistic combat instructor decided to prove otherwise. She basically beat us into the ground and then kept abusing us while we were down. Obviously I still have a long way to go and it was nice of her to point it out, but did she have to cause so much pain while she was doing it?

Every year for Summer I make a list of all the places and things we want to do during the summer. This helps keep the summer fun and the kids active so they are not driving me up the wall. This year, however, is giving me a little problem. I feel like we do the same things over and over again. I would like to try something new this year, but what? We usually do the zoo, Dinosaur Park, Train Museum, swimming, etc. I really need some new ideas. Does anyone have any suggestions? And yes I know it is really early to be thinking about summer, but I am really sick of the cold and this is my way of keeping myself from going insane.

I have good news and I have bad news. The good news is Greg has finally decided to buy a new snowmobile. He has decided that trying to keep up-grading his old one is futile. The bad news is he wants to wait until Paul buys his new sled so that he then can out go and buy a bigger and better one than Paul. Then he never has to worry about Paul beating him again.

For the last few days I have been working on cleaning out my e-mail. This requires me to open all my e-mails and click unsubscribe. For some reason I have gotten on someone's junk e-mail list and I am getting a ton of e-mails. This seems to happen every couple of months. It usually takes a couple of days of diligentness to finally see a difference. This is the main reason I have two e-mail address. One I use for anything I do on-line and the other is for family only. While I was cleaning out my e-mail in-box I opened one that said I had won 2.5 million dollars from some place in Africa. I don't know about you, but I was really happy. I have been hearing about these e-mails for a long time and itt was kinda of fun to finally get one myself. It really blows my mind away that people believe these e-mails, but it seems like a lot of people do and get swindled out of a lot of money. For me it was just fun to finally to be able to see one of these crazy e-mail scams that have become the norm out there on the internet.

As many of you know I love to scrapbook, unfortunately I don't always have the time to do it. These days it seems that every time I sit down to do something one of the kids wants something. My other passion in life is taking pictures. I feel bad that all my pictures are just sitting on my computer. Every once in awhile the kids will gather around the computer and we will look at pictures. In an idle world I would have all these pictures scrapped and in a book for them to look at. Since this is not going to happen anytime soon, I started to look for another way to get my memories in a format that is easily accessible to everyone and wont take the next two years to accomplish. In my endeavor to solve my scrapbooking problem I ran across a website called blurb. The website specializes in making books. The program is very easy to use and is always backing up your data so you don't have to worry about any of the DK's losing any of your work. I am currently working on a book of our Walt Disney World vacation. It has been really easy to put it together and I am about half-way done. The other feature this website offers is taking your blog and making into a book. This is something I would really like to do. I feel that my blog is a journal of sorts and I hope to pass it on to my kids when they get older. Making it into a book is a great way to get all this information into a usable format. Once I get my first book done I will have to let you all see it. I am very excited to see it and I am sure the kids will get a kick out of seeing all the pictures from their very magical vacation.
